President (2, black)
On what makes a perfect parent (based on kids’ test scores), the work has to be done during the spouse-finding stage: it helps if the other gene-contributing party owns many books, and has done reasonably well in school. Once the child is born, reading to her, or taking her to museums, won’t do much.
