On why drug dealers have lost some of their appetite in killing each other:
1. Crack has gotten much cheaper, dealers under-priced each other, profit vanished to the degree that it’s not worth killing someone to steal their turf.
2. Some crack dealers started shooting their enemies in the buttocks rather than murdering them.
