The white whale aka Steve Cohen, doesn't make very good copy, (at least to readers jaded by "Wolves of Wall Street" excess.) The most dramatic reveal in Sheelah Kolhatkar's account is the analyst who befriended the Alzheimer drug expert changed his name to go to Stanford business school after getting kicked out of Harvard Law for doctoring his transcripts.

The plot is preposterous, (panacea, seriously?) but the central couple in Mackenzi Lee's tale is very appealing, and the period language is a treat. Expect great things from Felicity the highly competent medical sister.
