("Steve Jobs")
Apr. 8th, 2013 05:50 pmFinished up to disk 14 before I had to return the audiobook to the library. Walter Isaacson indeed doesn't present Jobs in a rosy light. A fun drinking game would be to drink every time Jobs cries in this book. (In contrast, John Scully, a rival executive, 'wept'.)
Supporting cast members I found interesting:
Woz, for taking pride in getting electric shocks (since he's such a hardware person)
Larry, for noting that Jobs' customization of his Gulfstream was in all ways improvement over his plane.
the hapless Emilio, who has a talent for confused metaphors like "the ship is leaking, we need to all steer in the right direction."
