In a nice bit of synchronicity, I finished re-reading these two less intense Miles Vorkosigan books only to find out that Lois McMaster Bujold is releasing a new one this month after a eight year hiatus. That under-reaction is a very desirable thing made quite an impression on me when I first read this book.
