"Theory of Moves"
Feb. 1st, 2005 12:07 pmJust finished the introduction section. For an academic book, it's rather easy to go through, though Steven J. Brams sounds a tad defensive about his TOM at times. I like the terminology in Game Theory: cheap talk, nonmyopic equilibria, supergames, saddlepoint.
On an unrelated note, reviews on amazon have convinced me to stay away from Kavita Daswani's "For Matrimonial Purposes". The henna cover is cute, but the peril is great - getting intimate with the thoughts of a self-centered airhead is probably one of the most soul-destroying experiences in life.
