* From Harvard's Museum of Comparative Zoology:  The "Stalin Ant" specimen was caught during a state dinner under the Man's nose with the aid of a glass vial from the biologist's pocket and vodka on the table.  {It reminds me of Skinner Museum.}

* Jimmy Hendrix's father was born with six fingers on both hands. His mother tied strings on those extra fingers and pulled them off her baby. The fingers grew back.

* From Japan: the i-pot, an electric kettle that sends a reassuring text messege to a distant offspring when an elderly parent makes tea.
